    Fitness after 40 = Orange Theory. I’ve been doing it for 2 years and I’m in better shape than I was when I was doing 2-a-days as an age grouper triathlete in my 20s. More muscle, more cardiovascular fitness. I can lift REALLY heavy weights now (I’m very impressed with me, lol).

    I look so good that at 45 I did a boudoir photo shoot and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing my legs looked in heels.

    I have those US pants and love them. I got the orange and white stripe and they are super fun but feel like the black on black might be more practical.

      I loved the US Stephanie pants in navy with blue/white striped ones so much that I bought a solid pair in a sort of army green last year, which turned out to be a key travel piece in my three-week Europe vacation capsule wardrobe.
