Anthropologie is one of my stores. It has unique, interesting pieces that you won’t find at every retailer. Here are five blouses that would make a lovely addition to your work wardrobe.
I love the sheer yoke on this Maeve knit top. This would be fun worn with jeans, but, for the office, I would wear it with chocolate brown trousers or a burgundy pencil skirt. As for a bra solution, these clear straps can be added to most bras to give you a cleaner look.
This floral print top would look incredible with a pair of wide leg pants. I love these ones from Spanx with button sides.
This Maeve top with sheer sleeves is the easiest to wear. I love the textured detail to give it a little something extra.
This bubble hem top is so chic. The pleated detail and the tie in the back make it a great top for post-work cocktail hour or a conference.
I saved this appliqué top for last because while I ABSOLUTELY ADORE IT, it takes a little effort to make it right for work. First, you’ll need a black tank. Then, you’ll need a pair of black pants or a black pencil. (The top would also work with any of the colors in the floral print.) Lastly, for a professional office, layer on a collarless jacket.

I promptly bought the green and black blouse, and it is great. It is very stretchy, so it is very comfortable. I am wearing it today with a black cami and black pants and got an appropriate compliment from a male coworker who never comments on my clothes. It’s a win.
