The Range: Picks from H&M Home

A few years ago, when I moved out of the 400-square-foot studio that I lived in for almost a decade, and into an apartment with actually walls, I discovered the joys of H&M Home. It became my go to source for little extras that looked more expensive than they were. Here are the best pieces from their current offerings.

This cake plate is absolutely gorgeous.  One of my favorite gift ideas is to bake/buy a friend a birthday cake and take it to them on a great cake plate as a gift.  They’re useful as decor for a set of shelves, a cheese tray at parties, or a pedestal for arranging a buffet table. 

These woven baskets are great as hampers, toy storage, for storing extra sheets, or just as decor to fill an empty corner.

This ikebana vase is a great option for turning Trader Joe’s flowers into something fabulous.  It would look amazing with a bold raspberry carnation.

This pink, metal table lamp is sublime.  I bought it for my office.  It comes in so many fabulous colors.  

These fancy taper candles are a great housewarming gift.  They really spice up a table at a dinner party.

This classic, black-and-white duvet cover and shams are a really fantastic option for a master or guest bedroom with a soft, 400 thread count.
