I so enjoyed my break from WFH. I loved being in the office (even though getting up before dawn wasn’t my favorite). It was really fun getting dressed every day. But now I’m back in my home office, and with the Delta variant on the rise, will likely be here for the foreseeable future.
The best part of working from home is getting up 20-minutes before work with no commute. But the second best part is wearing soft pants to work every day.
My favorite color combination right now is olive and any neutral in my closet — black, tan, white, navy. So these comfortable olive joggers from Daily Ritual are my current favorites. But it isn’t just the color, it’s the style.
First, the material is a great, heavy weight. The pockets are large, but lay flat on the front, so they don’t add a lot of unnecessary bulk. And the wider, ribbon tie is a nice detail.
The joggers come in 14 colors from neutral to candy colored. They also come in sizes x-small to xx-large.
And as the photo above shows, they look pretty good with Daily Rituals sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt. The style of both tops let you tuck in the front and let the back hang out. I also like to wear mine with a chambray button up.

How do these compare to the athleta skyline ones? Love the fit but wouldn’t mind something warmer..
So these are a totally different material. Those are more of a pant material, I would qualify this more as a jersey-sweats material. I wouldn’t wear these to my office, but I would wear them around my home office. They are definitely warmer than the skylines.
I’ll see if I can find something comparable to the skyline in style in a different material.
Second the request for a similar pant to Athelta’s Skyline pant! I’ve been living in them during this heatwave but will need a warmer alternative come Boston’s winter. What makes them great for summer makes them less than ideal for winter
