To be a female professional is to own a half-dozen pencil skirts. It is your lot in life. But while a basic black pencil is a staple, it might be time for a new style. Enter the wrap front skirt.
I am showing this Express wrap-front skirt in burnt sienna because I love it, but it also comes in two neutral colors. For a <$50 skirt, its a great piece that is a little different from the standard pencil.
I like the simplicity of the Express skirt, but this fold-front, tuck-wrap skirt is nice. This crocheted skirt is from Ba&sh is also a fun summer option for cocktail or casual wear. This faux wrap leather skirt from Amazon would be fun for fall.
Plus-size? MM LaFleur has this <$100 Logan skirt for work. And this ruffle-front Madewell skirt is good for casual wear.

Oooooo, I like the faux leather one. A leather skirt is on my fall wishlist assuming I’ll be back in the office.
Great color! I know you love wrap skirts/dresses, but I find that they don’t work in San Francisco. Too gusty! I don’t always have a hand free to keep them closed while schlepping from the train to the office — back when that was still a thing, that is!
Have you tried dress weights?
