Love the dress in #2, but I am so beyond over exposed zippers. I know they’re on-trend at the moment, but they just scream tacky to me. I’ve bit the bullet and purchased two dresses at Nordstrom Rack that were otherwise gorgeous save that one detail (and at 50% off the clearance rack price, the cost was nice enough for me to overlook it).

#3 is super interesting. I’ve always been a bit skeptical about the #girlboss trend, and one of my reactions to the last election was to shift my professional goals. After spending the last few months watching and planning, I’m getting excited to see what we all accomplish next.
