Have to say that I wasn't sure about sure about sheer heels, until I tried on the Classiques Entier shoe you mentioned. (Bought 'em for my rehearsal dinner in July.) Surprisingly comfortable, airy and slightly sexy. I haven't considered wearing them to work, though. Perhaps with trousers.
Call me old fashioned, but I think these are all completely inappropriate for work. The last pair of pumps look downright trashy.
Not every thing on the site is meant to be worn at work, there are other occasions in life.
Agreed — and thank goodness we have other things to do besides work! I think fall gets me in some kind of a “back to school” mindset where I'm thinking all work all the time.
