I think that might be part of the look. To reduce that, I would style them up with the right accessories.

They def look too much like pajamas, or little kid outfits, for me. Cute in theory, but I’d look like a greying toddler.
I have Gap’s black set with pants in the gauze fabric. My 14 year old daughter told me it looked like something an old lady would wear, my 14 year old son said I looked mysterious……I thought I looked amazing!
